By this application,
the applicant seeks extension of time for a further period of three
months from the date of disposal of the present application to decide
the application of the original petitioner as per the order dated
23.3.2011 passed in Special Civil Application No. 5020 of 2004.
Heard the learned
advocates for the respective parties.
Having regard to the
averments made in the application as well as in view of the fact that
there is no opposition to the application, the application is
allowed.
The time limit for
deciding the application made by the petitioner for conversion of
free shipping bills to DEPB shipping bills as directed by the
above-referred order dated 23.3.2011 is extended for a further period
of three months from today. The application stands disposed of
accordingly.
