The cause list has been revised. None appears on behalf of the
petitioner to press this writ petition. There is no illness slip nor any
mention to pass over the matter today. Learned Standing Counsel
for the respondents is present.

Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that it is admitted
position that no grant in aid was granted by the State Government
to the petitioner institution namely Kranti Vidya Mandi, Lucknow
and as such the relief for payment of salary claimed in this writ
petition cannot be granted.

In view of the aforesaid submission this writ petition has no force.
It is accordingly dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is vacated.

No order is passed as to costs.
