Let a supplementary affidavit be filed by the next date disclosing the period
during which the petitioners have worked in the particular district, inasmuch
as the Court is of a prima facie opinion that if the petitioners have bee
working in the same district for more than 7-8 years, then, even if the order of
transfer is illegal, the Court would be reluctant to interfere.
List on 02nd July, 2010 before appropriate Bench.
