In this writ petition, the property belonging to the petitioner

was sold to the Additional 4th respondent and on account of the

defaults that were committed proceedings were initiated and finally

the property was sold in favour of the additional 5th respondent.

Aggrieved by the sale so conducted, the petitioner filed an appeal to

the 2nd respondent and on its dismissal, Ext. P2 revision was filed to

the 1st respondent. Petitioner submits that Ext. P2 revision is still

pending consideration of the 1st respondent. In this writ petition,

the petitioner is seeking an order for an expeditious disposal of Ext.

P2 revision.

2. In the light of the aforesaid facts and in the nature of the

relief I propose to grant I do not think it necessary to put the

additional 4th and 5th respondents on notice.

3. Since Ext. P2 revision filed by the petitioner is pending

W.P.(C) No. 36057 OF 2007 -2-

consideration of the 1st respondent, I dispose of this writ petition

directing that the 1st respondent shall consider Ext. P2 revision with

notice to the petitioner, and additional 4th and 5th respondents and

pass appropriate orders thereon. This shall be done as

expeditiously as possible, at any rate within 8 weeks of production

of a copy of this judgment.

Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a

copy of the writ petition before the 1st respondent for compliance.
