Prayer: This petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the third and fourth respondent to provide Electricity Service Connection to the petitioner in respect of premises bearing Door No.45, Raja Nagar, Pudhupattinam, Thirukazhukundram Taluk, Kancheepuram, based on the application made by the petitioner dated 23-06-2009.
