Prayer: Petition filed seeking for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus,to call for the records connected with the impugned order in O.P.No.71/2001, dated 30.3.2001, by the learned Assistant Registrar of Chits, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil and the Appeal made thereon in Appeal G.O.(D) No.184, dated 8.7.2002, by the Secretary, Commercial Taxes (G) Department and quash the same and to direct the 2nd respondent herein to afford an opportunity to the petitioner and dispose of the O.P.No.71 of 2001, dated 30.3.2001.
