Taking into consideration that the petitioner is in jail

custody since 14.4.2011 in a case registered under sections 25(i-b)a,

26 of the Arms Act on the charges that one country made loaded pistol

and one live cartridge were recovered from his conscious possession,

let the petitioner, Dadan Tiwari, be released on bail on furnishing bail

bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in

Udwantnagar P.S. Case no. 85/2011.
