The petitioners have invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court

with a prayer to quash the letter No. 3E-2007/11148-242 dated 9.3.2007

(Annexure P-9) vide which the request of the petitioners for being absorbed

in the service of the Municipal Committee, Kalayat, District Kaithal, was

declined.

The petitioners also sought writ in the nature of mandamus

directing respondents No.3 & 4 to take action in accordance with

instructions Annexure P-7 issued by respondent No.1 with regard to

absorption of the petitioners as Clerks in the Municipal Committee, Kalayat.

It is not in dispute that the points raised in the present writ were

also raised in CWP No. 6765 of 2007 titled Karambir & others Vs. State of

Haryana, the said writ petition stands dismissed.

In view of the decision of this Court in CWP No. 6765 of 2007

titled Karambir & others Vs. State of Haryana (supra), this petition being

without any merit is ordered to be dismissed.

No costs.
