This
petition is preferred for condonation of delay of 14 days in
preferring the proposed appeal. The petitioner applied for certified
copy on 1.11.2007 which was delivered on 17.11.2007 whereinafter the
present petition has been preferred. Therefore, the delay of 14 days
took place.

On
notice, the respondents have appeared except respondent Nos. 3/1 and
3/2 who refused to accept the notice.

Having
ground through the petition and being satisfied with the ground, the
delay of 14 days in preferring the appeal is condoned.

This
Civil Application stands disposed of.
