Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that as per information
received by him from the counsel in the court below, the parties have settled their
respective claims and in view of that claim made in the present appeal does not
survive. He further submitted that as the appellants could not be contacted, he may
be given liberty to get the present appeal revived in case the information furnished
by the counsel in the court below is found to be not true later on.

Dismissed with aforesaid liberty.
