3. 11.11.2011 On the prayer of the appellants four weeks’

time was granted on 16.9.2011 to remove the stamp

report defects dated 13.8.2011 but sill today the

defects have not been removed. However, the first

appeal is of the year 2010 and, therefore, further two

months’ time is granted to the appellant to remove the

stamp report defect, failing which the appeal shall stand

dismissed.
