1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has no subsisting agreement for the current year with the respondent for receiving signals, it will approach the respondent for entering into a subscription agreement on agreed terms. Hence he seeks permission to withdraw this petition for the above purpose. He submits that withdrawal of this petition is without prejudice to his rights to enter into the subscription agreement with the respondent.

2. The above statement is recorded and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
