Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

This writ petition has been filed by the

petitioner against the notice issued by the Tehsildar,

Vijay Nagar under Section 22 of the Rajasthan

Colonization Act, 1954. If any reply has been filed

by the petitioner in pursuance of the said notice,

then, the same may be considered by the concerned
Tehsildar.

With these observation, the writ petition is

disposed of.
