respondent nos. 4-7 under ordinary process as well as

registered cover with A.D. for which requisites etc. must be

filed within one week, failing which the application shall

stands rejected without further reference to a Bench.

No notices need be issued to respondent no.8 in

both the applications as they have already entered

appearance and they are represented through their

counsels.

List this matter after receipt of the same.
