In view of the order passed in the said petition, respondent No.3-
Principal, Ram Naval Singh Smarak Degree College, Chiraiya
Kot, Mau shall file the personal affidavit in response to the
allegations made in the writ petition. The University may also file
a counter affidavit annexing therein the copy of the decision taken
by the University on the complaints made by the petitioners and
other students. The said affidavits may be filed within a period of
three weeks.
