18.11.2011, Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai
is present and has produced the copy of the letter
No. 2248/C dated 10.8.2011 addressed to the
Chief General Manager, BSNL, Bihar, Patna, in
response whereto the General Manager (Mobile
Services) has informed the Superintendent of
Police, Lakhisarai under letter dated 21.11.2011
that steps are being taken to shift other towers in
the area in which the office and residence of the
Superintendent of Police is located so that
connectivity is maintained throughout for
enabling the people at large as also the superior
police officer and others to contact the
Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai.
Let the Superintendent of Police,
Lakhisarai and the General Manager (Mobile
Services), Patna do the needful and submit report

to this Court after one month.
Put up this matter after one month
maintaining its position.
