07 17-09-2010 Learned counsel for the petitioners at the time of

hearing of the present petition has produced a photo copy of the

certified copy of the order dated 18.8.2010 passed in

Cr.Misc.No.29199 of 2001 with Cr.Misc.No.29200 of 2001 by a

Bench of this Court. It was submitted that out of the same

cognizance order, aforesaid two petitions were filed and both the

petitions were allowed on 18.8.2010 by a Bench of this Court.

Keeping in view the fact that a Bench of this Court has

already applied its mind, in the facts and circumstances of the

present case it is desirable that this case may go out of my list.

List this case before an appropriate Bench after

obtaining permission of Hon’ble the Chief Justice.
