Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGA for the State.

Persuant to the order of this Court dated 5th January 2010 and 25th January
2010, counter affidavit has been filed by the learned AGA in the Court today,
which is taken on record.

As per the counter affidavit, after enquiry it was found that the petitioners
were not illegally detained as bonded labourer in the brick kiln.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be given to the learned AGA, as per rules of the Court.
