ORAL
ORDER

The
petitioners have challenged the order dated 20.10.2007 passed by the
Joint Secretary (Appeals), Revenue Department, Government of Gujarat
upholding the order dated 17.07.2007 passed by the Collector,
Suredranagar. The issue pertains to the revenue entries in respect of
the land in dispute. Both the authorities have observed that the
names of the persons who are not heirs of Muldevbhai Dosabhai have
been entered in certain entries though Thakar Shantibhai Bhagwanji
and Jadiben who were alive, the names have been deleted declaring
that they are dead. On this basis, both the entries were set aside.

Learned
advocate for the petitioner is not in a position to dispute the above
factual findings of two authorities below. No error and/or illegality
appears to have been committed by the Joint Secretary (Appeals),
Revenue Department in passing the impugned order.

Petition
is therefore dismissed.
