Sri S.S. Shah, learned counsel for the applicants informed that the mediation
was ordered in the writ petition during investigation which is still pending and
notices has not been issued as yet. In such a view, I direct to this criminal
misc. application to be tagged up along with Criminal Misc. Writ Petition
No.5800 of 2010.
This Criminal Misc. Application is directed to be listed along with the
aforesaid writ petition in week commencing on 25th October, 2010.
Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of criminal case no. 933 of
2010 under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Garh
Mukhteshwar, District Ghaziabad shall remain stayed.
