Leave
to delete respondents Nos. 1 to 4 and as a consequence thereof, the
only respondent will be HDFC Bank Ltd.
Pursuant
to the order dated 26.06.2008 passed by this Court, Mr.Suthar, under
the instructions of his client states that the petitioner is ready to
pay the Bank rate interest at the rate of 9% on the amount of
Rs.2,32,800/-. He further states that the petitioner is also ready
to deposit the amount of Rs.55,000/- with 9% interest with this Court
so as to enable the respondent to comply with the order.
In
view of the above, the petitioner shall deposit the amount of
Rs.55,000/-on or before 04.07.2008.
Notice
returnable on 18.07.2008. Office to issue the notice after
the amount is deposited.
