2. 25.6.2010. When the case was called out, a prayer was made on

behalf of the petitioners to adjourn the case for a day.

Mr. Naresh Prasad, learned counsel appearing on

behalf of opposite party no.2, who is informant, opposes the

prayer for adjournment.

However, the case is adjourned for a day with a clear

indication that no further adjournment shall be granted.

Put up the case on Monday i.e. 28.6.2010.
