Learned Standing Counsel informs that necessary relaxation as was required
in the matter has been sought by the Secretary concerned after undertaking
being furnished before this Court and next exercise is to be done after
approval is received from the Minister concerned.

List this petition on 15.2.2010. In the meantime the Secretary will get the
permission accorded by the Minister concerned so that appointment may be
given to the petitioner by the next date of listing.
