Today
when the matter is called out, learned AGP has placed on record
order dated 23.9.2008 passed by the Asstt. Inspector General of
Registration, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar by which Joint
Sub-Registrar, Grade-2 is transferred and appointed at Deodhar, Dist.
Banaskantha and along with that another order is issued providing
infrastructure to the Office of the Registrar, Deodhar, which are
ordered to be taken on record.

In
view of the above, at this stage, the petition does not survive any
more. Accordingly, this Special Civil Application stands disposed
of.
