Allahabad High Court
Deoraji Devi vs State Of U.P. And Others on 29 January, 2010
Court No. - 26

Case :- WRIT - A No. - 26341 of 2006

Petitioner :- Deoraji Devi
Respondent :- State Of U.P. And Others
Petitioner Counsel :- M.K. Mishra
Respondent Counsel :- C.S.C.,Satish Chaturvedi

Hon'ble Shishir Kumar,J.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned
counsel for the respondents.

This is a highly belated writ petition filed by the petitioner for
entitlement of family pension which was alleged to be due in the
year 1994. But in the facts and circumstances as this relates to
family pension of a widow, in such circumstances, the petitioner is
being given a liberty to approach the office of the Accountant
General, M.P. Gwalior in view of the letter dated 27.7.1995. If the
petitioner approaches the said authority by making a representation
and annexing all the relevant documents, the relevant authority
may consider it sympathetically.

The writ petition is hereby dismissed.

No order is passed as to costs.

Order Date :- 29.1.2010
