Issue notice to opposite parties to show cause why they have
not obeyed the order dated 8.3.2010 passed in writ petition
no. 3580 of 1997 (S/S), which has been disposed of finally in
terms of order dated 15.1.2009 passed by this court in writ
petition no. 3230 of 1997 (S/S), whereby a direction has been
issued to consider the petitioner’s case for appointment
against existing vacancies.
