This is the bail application to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.
509 of 2007 under Sections 379, 411 I.P.C. and 102 Cr.P.C., P.S. Kotwali,
District-Mathura during the pendency of trial.

List revised, However, no one is present except learned A.G.A. it appears that
counsel for the applicant has no instruction to press the present bail
application.

Accordingly, the same is rejected.
