Grievance of the petitioner is that under the provision of
Indian Arms Act for grant of fire arm license, he has moved
an application on 19.12.2004 before the Licensing Authority
but till date no final decision is being taken on the same.
As inaction is being complained on the part of the
concerned Licensing Authority, in these circumstances and in
this background concerned Licensing Authority is directed to
consider the grievance of the petitioner for grant of fire arm
license, in accordance with law preferably within three
months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this
order.

With the above direction present writ petition is disposed
of.
