the respondent no.6(h) to 6(k) were shown as minors.

Because of lapse of time of about 32 years, they have now

attained majority. The Court can take judicial notice of this

fact. Therefore, the said respondent i.e. respondent

nos.6(h) to 6(k) are declared as major. The appellant is not

required to file any affidavit.
