                          J U D G M E N T

Petitioner approached this Court praying for a direction to

consider Exhibit P2 by the Munsiff’s Court, Punalur. It is

submitted that O.S. No. 42/2003 has been dismissed by the

Sub Court, Kottarakkara. There will be a direction to

the Munsiff’s Court, Punalur to dispose of Exhibit P2 suit,

expeditiously.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
