Rule.

Mr. Maulik G. Nanavati, learned APP waives notice of Rule.

The
present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict
through his mother Dahiben Dahyabhai Vala for releasing him on
temporary bail on the ground that his mother has to undergo surgery
of eye cataract.

Dahiben
Dahyabhai Vala, mother of the convict is present.

Considering
the facts and circumstances, the applicant-convict is released on
temporary bail for a period of 10[Ten] days from the date of his
release on personal bond of Rs. 5,000/- [Rupees Five Thousand only]
with further direction that he shall surrender with the jail
authority after expiry of the period.

The
application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule is made
absolute.
