02 22.06.2011 The petitioner prays that respondent no. 2 be directed to

hold enquiry into various act of illegalities committed with regard to

wheat of A.P.L. Quota, sale of Kerosene Oil of B.P.L. Quota, sale of

sugar, in league with Block Supply Officer, Dalsingsarai. The

petitioner submits that he has filed representation to various

authorities.

Having regard to the facts of the case, I observe that if

petitioner files a detailed representation before Sub Divisional

Officer, Dalsingsarai, he would look into the matter.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is

disposed of.
