Leave granted.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case and after hearing the learned

counsel for the parties, we modify the order of the trial court as affirmed by the High Court to the

extent that the sentence which was awarded to the appellants is reduced to four months. The

appellants shall serve out the remaining sentence if not already undergone.

The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
