In this petition, the petitioner has challenged his transfer from

Head Office, Yamuna Nagar to Branch Office Harnaul of the Yamuna

Nagar Central Cooperative Bank Ltd.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states

that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to

approach the authorities.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
