4 16/08/2011 These cases have been listed under the heading “To
be Mentioned” as office has pointed out its practical difficulty
in preparing a large number of complete paper books. It has
pointed out that the paper book runs into about two thousand
pages and preparing the same in requisite number of sets
would not only entail very heavy expenses but also would be
impractical in view of infrastructure available for the said
purpose. The appeals would take for a considerable period of
time when the appellants will remain behind the bar under the
orders of death sentence.
In view of the aforesaid this Court feels that the only
way to expedite the hearing of these appeals is to make
available to the appellants one set of paper book, so that all
counsels, who required paper book to appear in the case

would get set prepared from the said supplied copy, which
would be returned to the Court after requisite sets are made.
The Court requested the learned counsel for the appellants to
see that they prepared the paper book within the shortest
period possible, preferably within two weeks of receipt of the
paper book from the Court.
It is pointed out by the Court Master that a copy is
available in the Court. We request Mr. Krishna Prasad Sinha
learned Senior Counsel to instruct any of his juniors to receipt
the same today from Court Master.
List these cases, under the same heading, on
5.9.2011, for fixing the date of hearing in the matter.
