P.P. for the State.

Taking into consideration that neither the petitioner was

caught at the spot nor anything has been recovered from his conscious

possession, the petitioner Dharmendra Bhagat is directed to be

released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri, J. Alam,

Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Shikarhana at Motihari in connection

with Madhuban P.S. Case no. 11 of 2007.
