Grievance of the petitioner is that he has preferred appeal
No. 130 of 2006 under Section 18 of Indian Arms Act before
Commissioner, Agra Division Agra against the order dated
25.08.2006 passed by Licensing Authority but till date said
appeal in question has not been decided.

Consequently in the fact of the case Appellate Authority is
directed to see and ensure that all endeavour is made to
decide the aforesaid appeal on the next date fixed. In case it
is not feasible to decide the same on the next date fixed then
same shall be decided preferably within next three months.

With the above direction present writ petition is disposed
of.
