Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Dinesh Kumar, learned counsel
for the complainant and the learned A.G.A.
It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that mother-in-law and
father-in-law of the deceased have been granted bail by Hon’ble Ravindra
Singh vide order dated 6.11.2009. The applicant is Dewar of the deceased and
his case is similar to other co-accused as the allegations are general in nature.
Learned counsel for the complainant could not distinguish the case of the
applicant from the co-accused Panna Lal.
Having considered the submissions of the parties and without expressing any
opinion on the merits of the case, let the applicant Dharmendra Kumar alias
Chhotu involved in case crime no. 140 of 2009, under section 498A, 304B
I.P.C and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S Manda, district
Allahabad be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and
furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court
concerned.
