to 5. He prays for and is granted four weeks

time to file counter affidavit.

It is made clear that petitioner

shall appear in the 2nd year Bachelor of

Technology Examination with the condition

that he must complete all the backlog papers.

It is also made clear that if the petitioner

fails to clear backlog papers of the previous

years, result of the present examination need

not be published.
