The petitioner has sought quashing of the order

dated 06.02.2010 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Gaya in Rampur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2009 by which he has

taken cognizance under Sections 307/376 IPC and other

allied Sections.

From the petition filed herein, I find that the case

has now been committed to the Court of Sessions and,

therefore, I see no reason to interfere the order of

cognizance at this stage. The application is dismissed.
