5 02.02.2011 It is very unfortunate that in spite of the order

dated 06.01.2011, the learned counsel for the concerned

University has again made a prayer for adjournment as he

could not receive instruction. However, he submits that he

is likely to receive instruction in the matter and file

counter affidavit within one week.

In above view of the matter, let this matter be

again posted under the same heading after one week

maintaining its position.
