Present
application is filed by the applicant-husband to review the judgment
and order dated 27.8.2008 passed by this Court in Special Civil
Application No. 6834 of 2008. It is the contention on behalf of the
applicant that the salary slip which is produced at Annexure B to
this present application, was not produced though the same was handed
over to learned advocate appearing for the applicant. No supporting
evidence is produced to suggest that the said document was given to
the learned advocate appearing for the applicant but the same was not
pointed out by the learned advocate who appeared on behalf of the
applicant. Even otherwise, considering the documentary evidence on
record and the judgment and order passed by both the Courts below,
this Court has passed the order. No case is made out to review the
order, hence the same deserves to be dismissed and is accordingly
dismissed.
