2. 11.11.2011 In view of the facts stated in the F.I.R. relating to

offence under Sections 323, 341, 342, 384, 386 and 504/34

of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Mehandia

P.S. Case No. 49 of 2011 and statement made in the

affidavit in support of bail application, in my opinion, it is a fit

case in which applicant should be released on bail

Accordingly, the applicant shall be released on

bail on furnishing sureties to the satisfaction of C.J.M.

concerned.
