Kumar, Junior Engineer, Electricity Division II, Mirzapur as respondent no.2.
Learned A.G.A. has accepted notice for respondent no.1 and Sri H.P.Dubey
has accepted notice for respondent no.2. They pray for and are granted a
month’s time to file counter affidavit. The petitioner shall have two weeks
thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit. List thereafter.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, further proceedings of
case no. 128 of 2009 State vs. Dheeraj Agarwal under section 135 Electricity
Act pendign in the court of 4th Additional District Judge, Mirzapur shall
remain stayed till further orders of this Court.
