Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA.

It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants could
not deposit the amount of Rs.10,000/- as directed by this Court by order dated
22.4.2010. Now the applicants are ready to deposit the Bank Draft which has
been prepared. Therefore, some more time may be granted to deposit the
amount.

Considering the facts, circumstances and submission made by learned counsel
for the applicants, it is directed that the applicants shall deposit Rs.10,000/-
within 10 days from today before the Mediation Centre in pursuance to the
order dated 22.4.2010.

With the aforesaid directions this application is finally disposed of.
