The
applicant-convict seeks temporary bail on the ground that his family
members are not inquiring about him and, therefore, he is worried
about them and that he wants to know about them. The applicant is
already granted furlough leave, but nobody stood as his surety. His
elder son stood as his surety on three occasions when he was granted
furlough leave earlier. Under the circumstances, the ground urged for
temporary bail does not seem us to be genuine. The application,
therefore, stands rejected.
