paragraph-8 and Annexure-F of the show cause filed on

behalf of District Magistrate, Sitamarhi, opposite party no.2

would show that the order of the Court has been complied .

Nobody appears on behalf of petitioner, this

contempt application is dismissed for non-prosecution.

The office is directed to locate and keep on record

the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no.2 which is

said to have been filed on 15-9-2010.
