02 11.03.2011 Both the above stated criminal miscellaneous cases have
arisen out of Narkatiaganj Rail P.S. Case No. 20 of 2009 registered
under Sections 328, 307, 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well
as Section 8/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act and accordingly, both the above
stated criminal miscellaneous cases are being disposed of by this
common order.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as
learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Admittedly, some co-accused persons were arrested at
the spot and some intoxicated tablets were recovered from their
possession. The apprehended accused persons disclosed the name of
these petitioners stating that they were also the members of their gang
and apart from the aforesaid fact there is nothing against the
petitioners.
Taking into consideration the above stated facts as well
as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on
furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two
sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge,
West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with above stated
Narkatiaganj Rail P.S. Case No. 20 of 2009.
