This
Court, by order dated 13th December 2010 has passed
interim order directing the respondents not to remove or pull down or
demolish any part of the 6th and 7th floor of
Peoples Plaza situated near Memnagar Fire Station, Navrangpura,
Ahmedabad. However, it appears that in the said paragraph in place of
the words “any part of the 6th and 7th
floor” it has been typed as “any party of the 6th
and 7th floor”.
We,
accordingly, order to read as “any part of the 6th
and 7th floor” in place of “any party of the
6th and 7th floor” in the order dated
13th December 2010. The order dated 13th
December 2010 stands modified to the extent above.
Certified
copy, if any, issued, be corrected accordingly.
