Heard learned AGA for the respondent and perused the record.

This transfer application has been filed by the applicant Dilip Kumar Yadav
with a prayer that the Case No. 5 of 2005 pending in the court of learned
CJM, Allahabad may be transferred to other district.

From the perusal of the record, it appears that there is no interim order staying
the proceedings of the court below. There is no good grounds for transferring
the case from Allahabad to other district, such prayer is refused.

Accordingly, this transfer application is dismissed.
